Depending on the volume of support requests we receive, we aim to respond to you within 24 hours. But, please allow at least 1–2 business days for a response.
Limitations of technical support services
We do NOT offer support for integrating or troubleshooting 3rd-party apps and custom code, nor do we offer support for modifications made after the purchase of one of our themes. Please review our Theme Support Policy.
This includes adding new features, altering the design of the theme, implementing any 3rd-party code or apps, or troubleshooting previous customizations after updating the theme.
For assistance with third-party apps, contact the app's developer through the Shopify App Store.
If you are looking to make a lot of changes - it may be worth looking into hiring a Shopify Expert.
